When
these vented enclosures were first designed, the engineers at SUBZERO
were instructed to disregard traditional design philosophies, and
create an enclosure that was highly efficient excessively braced,
with a vent system capable of extremely high air flow, economical
and aesthetically pleasing, in as small as package as possible.
So they did. With tuning frequencies of 26 to 32 Hertz, and vents
capable of almost three times the typical air flow, these enclosures
are quite impressive.

the mouth of the vent gets larger, increasing air flow, it
becomes necessary to lengthen the vent to maintain the same
tuning frequency. A VBS10G contains an amazing 52 inches worth
